According to this article on mashable.com more than $20.7 billion were spent by consumers using mobile devices over the holidays in 2011.

Consumers want user friendly websites via their mobile devices, and since they are definitely spending their money via online shopping with their mobile devices, then I think it’s time we all got onboard and make our sites mobile friendly.

If you are a WordPress user and a DIY’er this process is really simple. Just pick the right theme and customize it to fit your brand and with a few clicks of the mouse you are ready to go and your website visitors will love your new mobile friendly site. If you use another platform many of them as well have now come up with mobile friendly options.

If you are unsure about your website options and how to utilize a mobile friendly site, check with your website developer for your options. If you are using WordPress and need help just shoot us an email and we’ll see what options work best for you.
