The VA Source

My virtual assistant uses a virtual assistant is this really necessary?

If your virtual assistant is smart she has at least one other virtual assistant that can back her up. Being a virtual assistant can be very demanding at times and it is a good idea to have at least one backup virtual assistant for your virtual assistant’s business.

This will allow your virtual assistant to utilize their services when they have overflow, perhaps you have a rush project, but your VA is only one person. With the assistance of another virtual assistant that rush project just became more manageable.

If your virtual assistant gets sick or has kids that are sick or for whatever unforeseen reason is unable to work she can delegate your work to ensure that it is still completed in a timely and professional manner.

If you are worried about confidentiality issues just ask your virtual assistant if they have their virtual assistant’s sign contracts and Non-disclosure agreements. If they do not (which they most likely do) then just request that she have them do that before allowing them to work on your projects.

Your virtual assistant’s virtual assistant can be just as important to you and your business as your virtual assistant is!!!
