A word from Rhonda…

Thanksgiving is over and Black Friday sales past, but now on to Christmas shopping and preparing for gift giving season. I had an amazing Thanksgiving. I cooked at my house the day before and just me and my little family had our special dinner and time together, and then this year my brother and his wife had Thanksgiving dinner at their house on Thanksgiving day. Which was really nice. We of course overstuffed ourselves, played cards, watched football and movies, and attempted to entertain my teeth cutting niece who was just not happy at all. But we had a great time, and I was eventually able to put the little angel to sleep. 🙂 I love my family (each and every one) so much, and I’m so thankful for the time I get to spend with them.

I did not do Black Friday this year. It’s all become so commercialized. I’m just so thankful to be and to have what I already do. My children are God’s gift to me, and that was a gift for a lifetime. I try to focus on teaching them of God’s love, and even more so at the Holiday’s because people tend to lose sight of what’s really important. My goal this year is to be less commercial, and more about showing and giving God’s love to others.

November was another really great month. I met with a huge website challenge, and was able to conquer it. 🙂 I’m working with new client intakes as I’m writing this, and business is really looking good.

I’m really enjoying the new website work I’ve been doing, and I’m currently working on putting together a new series of tips on WordPress. Keep your eyes open. I will announce more when we get close to their release date. There will also be a special surprise included with them.

And might I just add: LONG LIVE TWINKIES!!!   🙂  A childhood memory I hate to lose.

I hope everyone has a blessed and joyous Christmas!

Are you getting feedback from your clients?

Feedback  – good or bad all businesses need to be aware of what’s going on in the minds of their clients. I let my clients know upfront at the beginning of our relationship that I will be asking at the end of our first project together to complete my  Client Survey , and again periodically during our working relationship. Most of them happily do so. Read more…
