A word from Rhonda…

It sure has been a whirlwind month. Very busy and many things going on to say the least. Still waiting on two more reviews of my upcoming eBooks and looking forward to getting those back in. I’ve had some really positive feedback so far on those.

Even though it’s been a crazy month I was able to get away for a weekend with my daughter and recharge a little. We had a wonderful time. We did not go far, but did get to visit family and spend some time with my nephew and his new family. Had a wonderful time, and I am already looking forward to our next visit.

VA Monthly Tips

Q: Why would a virtual assistant be interested in the welfare of my business?

A: A virtual assistant is interested in developing long-term relationships with their clients. On the surface level, a virtual assistant succeeds only when you succeed. Your success and satisfaction with a virtual assistant’s services will both increase your revenue and bring you back to them for more outstanding work.

Current Industry Trends: Siri Dubbed Virtual Assistant

Siri might be the cute little trend from Apple, but can she replace the human component in the equation virtual assistant? I don’t have Siri and I’ll admit I’m curious about her capabilities. As a professional virtual assistant I would love to take her for a test drive. Frankly, I don’t believe she is capable of providing that extra special touch that only a human can provide.

Software Pick: LogMeIn

There are many programs available for remotely accessing a computer. LogMeIn is a great program that can help the busy entrepreneur or office worker. I have had an account with LogMeIn for some time now, but never truly realized its potential until recently. I had an emergency that took me away from the office for an extended period of time, and LogMeIn saved my butt. Not only could I fully access my office computer from iPad, but my assistant could access it as well. It was a great lifesaver giving me the flexibility to stay on top of the workload in my office and still meet my clients’ needs.
