A word from Rhonda…
In April I started working on a new eBook so I’m excited to see that come to fruition. I’m also still working on my rebranding efforts, and some other marketing ideas I have going on right now.
We brought on a new client this past month and are very excited to have her aboard working on a variety of tasks for her from general admin to WordPress.

Why are Independent Contractor Agreements important?

A Game of Catch
The basic conversation structure in 1 to 1 exchanges is like a game of catch.
The rules are simple: Catch is a ball game played with two or more people that involves tossing or throwing a ball of any kind back and forth between the players. Read more…
EYE ON IT
Current Industry Trends: Video Marketing
That’s a lot of traffic from one source. It’s obviously something we don’t want to miss out on. The opportunities that can be brought in by video marketing are great! I recently started doing videos on my site via my weekly tips to test them out. Because I have been reading article after article that says you should be doing them. Now Cisco is reporting that this makes up 50% of consumer traffic. They also report that videos increase sales.
I have not personally noticed an increase in revenues from videos, albeit they are somewhat amateurish in nature and I have not been utilizing them that long. But with those numbers I think I will keep at it a while longer. I think this is an opportunity one might not want to pass up.
Software Pick: Asana
I’m always testing out new systems and software to see if I like them. This past month I have been using Asana. Now I really like the simplicity of Asana. It’s a very user friendly, free, online project management software. They have an easy to follow tutorial. It utilizes projects, tasks, tags, and people.
You are allowed unlimited projects and people. You can customize who you share each project or task with on an individual basis.
The one thing that it does not have that I would personally like to see is the time tracking, but again this is a free system. If you are looking for something very simple and easy to use that is free then it’s one you might want to give a try.
