Tuesday, March 13 at 5:30 Pacific / 7:30 Central / 8:30 Eastern

Does staying connected to clients and potential clients seem like a daunting task?

Most business owners take the time to make connections, but struggle to keep those new formed relationships thriving. To learn more about The Why Stay Connected Webinar click here.

A word from Rhonda…

This month I have been taking the Relationship Marketing course with Alyssa Avant Companies LLC. Great course! I’m learning so much. Alyssa really knows her stuff, and she is such a joy to work with. I’ve also been continuing my mentoring with Coach Kate Powers. Kate is really helping me to improve and overcome my own self-limitations.

The website work is going well. I have been super busy with that this past month. I’m so glad I took the WordPress training with Alyssa. I’m really enjoying the website work. I love the creative aspect of it most, but I love the challenge of learning new things.

As you can see my email is being sent via Aweber this month. I am finally learning how to use it. This is something that I’ve been wanting to learn, but… well you know there is just so much to learn each and every day that I had to figure out when to fit it in. That’s a good problem to have though. 🙂

Hope everyone has a wonderful March. Spring is just around the corner! Yeay! Can’t wait to get me some sunshine.

Q: Is my information confidential when working with a virtual assistant?

A: Yes your information is kept in the strictect of confidence. All information is confidential and your virtual assistant should provide you with or at least be willing to sign a Non-disclosure agreement / confidentiality agreement ensuring the confidentiality of you documents and sensitive information.

At Rhonda’s Virtual Office we have a standard Non-disclosure agreement that we have signed by all parties involved. This would include you the client, all sub-contrators with RVO, and me as the owner of Rhonda’s Virtual Office. We guarantee that your information will be kept completely confidential.

EYE ON IT

Current Industry Trends: CASH-LESS

It seems we are on the front of a cashless society. While many consumers have not yet given up there cash and not started using their mobile devices for swiping yet this article CASH-LESS gives you a view of what the future might hold for our society.

What do you think? Are we headed for a CASH-LESS society and are you willing to go CASH-LESS? Do you see yourself using your mobile device to pay for all future purchases?

Software Pick: OfficeTime

I got a new iPad for Christmas. This is my first iPad so I am completely new to its uses, but I am playing around with the different apps and found this great little time tracker called OfficeTime.

Its interface is very user friendly. One of the feature that I really like about it is it also tracks how much money I am bringing in. This little feature helps me to keep better track for my clients budgets. It also creates timesheets in Excel making tracking time and money more efficient.
