A word from Rhonda…

Well as you all know I’ve been learning WordPress. I recently completed a few client websites and I’m very pleased with the results as were my clients. To learn more about those click here. I’m really enjoying my WordPress work, and look forward to doing much more.

I’m also very excited about the upcomming year. Making some changes so be sure to visit my website to see what those changes are. I’ve already made some changes and you can expect to see more as the year progresses. Looking forward to seeing how the changes will affect my life and my business.

Why I Use A Virtual Assistant

Okay, yes, I’m a virtual assistant and I also use a virtual assistant. My virtual assistant Dixie is my bookkeeper, but she also does other tasks for me.

As my bookkeeper she takes care of all of my business bookkeeping needs as well as my Clients bookkeeping needs. I contract with Dixie to handle my bookkeeping needs because bookkeeping is something that I do not enjoy doing nor is it something that I’m particularly good at. Dixie truly enjoys working with the books and is a great bookkeeper. As my bookkeeper she handles accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing to reconciling accounts. Read more…

Q: How can we exchange files?

A: There are many ways to exchange to files such as email, project management software that can be utilized online, programs such as Dropbox or Box.net, mail, and fax.

We utilize Microsoft Outlook, Dropbox, Google Docs, and SendThisFile to share projects and documents.

Google+ has been a huge topic of conversation. Now they have brought us Google+ pages for business. Some are saying Google+ is a waste of time, and some are saying it’s a force not to ignore.

Software Pick: HootSuite

Okay, I’ve mention HootSuite before, but did you know that HootSuite is bringing Google+ Pages to the HootSuite dashboard?

If you are using Google+ you may already have it in your HootSuite dashboard. Right now it is limited to HootSuite Enterprise Clients, but if the trial goes well then it will soon be available to everyone using Google+. So keep your eyes open for more information.
