A word from Rhonda…

This past month I have been working very hard at stepping up my marketing efforts, and learning to overcome self through the coaching and mentoring of Kate Powers. I have been so blessed to have been connected with so many great people that have helped me to grow my business and are still helping me to grow my business. Kate in addition to helping me to grow my business is also helping me to learn how to overcome those self-limitations that we all place on ourselves. So I want to send out a big thank you this month to Kate Powers. @CoachKate

VA Monthly Tips

Q:  What if I need services that are not provided by your team?

A:  We do our best to fulfill your task requests, and if we have no one on our team that can provide that service we will offer you options. We can search for and contract with a new team member that can meet your needs or we can assist you in finding a Virtual Assistant that can assist you with your needs. Allowing us to search for and contract with a Virtual Assistant helps you to keep your free time free and we will oversee all projects that we contract to the new Virtual Assistant.

EYE ON IT

Current Industry Trends: Google Search

Apparently Google’s algorithm is changing again, and is supposed to be favorable to websites who offer fresh and useful content. So if you have a stagnant site, you might want to consider adding a blog and update it often so that you can create fresh content for Google to find.

Software Pick: OneNote

OneNote is a great place to keep meeting notes, project details, web clippings, arranging research info, and more. Another great aspect of it is you share it with others and can password protect parts of the info that you don’t want to share.
