Make more, do more weekly tip #73

Hello and welcome back to Make more, do more weekly tip #73. This week we are covering our series on “The Do’s and Don’ts of Working with Your Virtual Assistant”, and tip #2 is…

If you are hovering and overseeing every little detail your team won’t thrive. Micromanaging is a big time waster and a really great way to create a sour environment for your team. To ensure and foster a trusting and empowering environment for your team to be creative and get tasks done in a timely and professional manner you need to delegate, but don’t micromanage them.

By stepping back once the tasks have been delegated you will foster a since of trust and freedom. This allows your team to breathe and use their own creativeness and style to work the way they work best. This will ensure a more productive team member with a positive end result. Just oversee what’s necessary and let your team do their jobs.
