To do lists! Using a To-Do list goes hand in hand with the Time Management Principle #2 – Organization. Having it written down ensures that nothing is being overlooked. I’ve found that keeping a master To-Do list incorporating all the tasks for my business, family and personal helps me to stay on top of things.
This is another great tool for the busy on-the go entrepreneur especially when used in conjunction with a calendar or scheduler. Determine which works best for you. Take time the night before to review what you need to accomplish next day. This will enable you to maximize your efficiency. If you have a large project that can’t be completed in a day, simply break it down into smaller, more achievable tasks.
