This area is for clients and potential new clients. This is here to help make things a little easier when trying to send large files or complete necessary forms. There may be more features added later. Please let me know what features you think would be a great addition to this page. This page is not password protected and therefore is not secure. However, the files you send me and the forms you fill in are secure and are sent directly to the owner of Rhonda’s Virtual Office.
The Send This File tab in the navigation bar is to upload and send Rhonda’s Virtual Office large files. Currently you are only able to send one file at a time. Please contact Rhonda’s Virtual Office for the password to send a file.
There is also a tab for our Client Intake Form in the drop down menu above. If you are an existing client and would like to update your form please do so through the Client Intake Form tab. If you are a potential client and would like to send us this information you may use the Client Intake Form or submit an RFP (Request for Proposal).
To download the forms simply click on the appropriate tab in the drop down above and click on the form. It will ask you to open or save. You may choose either option. It will open up a Word document which you can then fill out on your PC, save file as your name and the name of the form and email.
