Hello! I am not a tax expert and tax laws change so frequently that I do not want to give you bad advice, but I did do a little research to help you answer your question. Here is a link to the IRS Site that may be of help to you: http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=204169,00.html. There are couple of other links within that article that may be useful as well. My advice to you is to either contact the IRS directly with this question, or you can contact your local Chamber of Commerce for small businesses, or contact an accountant. Either of these individuals should be able to help you with your specific questions.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to be of more help, but given this can run into legal issues if not handled properly I do not feel comfortable giving advice on things of this nature because I am not an expert in tax law. I do wish you the best of luck and please post back what you discovered and what you decided to do.
