Hello all my lovelies! Just when I think I simply cannot get any busier … I do. Work is absolutely coming out my ears! It’s booming and I’m so glad I hired my intern when I did. She has been amazing. I haven’t updated my team information on the website, but Kellie has been working as part of the team now for a few months. She is young, very smart, willing to learn and easy to train. Not only that, but she has a mind of her own. She is quick on her feet and willing to pitch her own ideas and work. Difficult to find people with that combo, and I’m loving having her as part of my team. So if I haven’t already welcomed her. Please join me in welcoming Kellie our newest team member.

This past month I released my new book and one on one training program Gmail Management: Making Email Management Simple. If you missed it please be sure to click that link and get your copy of the this great DIY training book or get in on the fantastic one on one training program offer. It’s been requested that I bring this to you in videos as well. So I’m working on a plan to get that in motion. Keep your eyes and ears open for news of those. Also, this month we’ve completed some pretty cool desktop publishing projects.

I met some really amazing woman this month at eWomenNetwork.com events. One lady quit her full time job to start a new foundation called Lady’s Sparrow Foundation dedicated to helping woman with a particular health issue. She is still in the works of getting it all organized, but you can find her on Facebook under Elaine Hoffmann. If you are looking for an organization to support or volunteer for this little lady could sure use the support getting this baby off the ground, and I’d love to see her get all the support she can because she is so passionate about it.

I met another woman who left corporate America to start an organization dedicated to helping girls and woman to learn how to NOT be mean girls. In today’s society our young girls and young woman are often being left to fend for themselves and teach themselves the life skills they need to succeed and this is not a great recipe. If you want to learn more about this organization connect with Sonia Jackson Wyles on Facebook.

All in all it was a pretty fantabulous month. Very busy, lots of interesting projects and interesting people. I wish I could talk about all the people that I meet each month, but it would literally fill a book.

2015-01-06 11.54.59If you are not out there networking I strongly recommend it. There are so many truly inspiring people in this world. Their stories would just blow you away as to why they are doing what they do, and I love hearing ALL of them live and in person. Of course, there is the added benefit of building your network, making it strong, and eventually growing your business will be a side effect of such efforts. I realize it may take some time for some of you to build your network. Each personality type has to gain their own stride so if you struggle with face to face networking practice your language in a mirror, possibly hire a coach to help you practice and get it down pat, but most importantly – RELAX. We are in this together and we’ve all experienced angst when it comes to networking. The key is to relax and be yourself. If you are true to you then you will put out the right vibes and connect with the right people.

Here’s to another fantastic, busy, prosperous, and joyful month!

See you next month!
